How to change the change the title in your approval work item?

You might want to change the work item header as below.

For Process Name - Go to Design Time(HRASR_DT), open the process, double click on the process, you can edit Process Name at the content area.

For scenario step name - Under form scenario, double click on the scenario step, you will see scenario step name for each step appear in table.
